Aplos Health PCN are proud to announce the relaunch of our Youth Wellbeing Clinic from Thursday 27th January 2022.

This service is available to all patients aged 11 – 19-year-olds, who are registered at Sydenham Green Group Practice, The Vale Medical Centre, Woolstone Medical Centre or Wells Park Practice.

The clinic will run every Thursday from 3:30pm – 6:30pm at Woolstone Medical Centre, Woolstone Road, London, SE23 – 2SG.

It is a GP run dedicated, free and confidential clinic for mental, physical and sexual health.

Please note that this clinic is a pre-book appointment clinic ONLY. If you would like to book an appointment, contact your GP practice to do so.

If you wish to see a GP when your surgery is closed, don’t forget you can use the Out of Hours service — NHS 111. Alternatively, you can book an appointment in advance or on the day by calling your normal GP receptionist and requesting an appointment at one of our hubs.
